Most of our items are handmade.  Every  item that is handmade is thoughtfully handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, size, or pattern are normal — and part of what makes every product unique.

Yes! We gladly accept custom orders for most products. Simply contact us with your idea, and we’ll discuss design options, pricing, and production time.  

 Many of our items can be personalized with names, initials, colors, or special messages. Personalization options are listed in the product description, but we also welcome custom requests. 

Custom orders typically take between 1–3 weeks depending on the design and materials. You’ll receive an estimated completion date before we start your order.

Ready-to-ship items are usually mailed within 1-3 business days,  Express shipping is available.

Once a package is shipped, delivery times and handling are the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

However, your satisfaction matters to us — if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can review.
